What's Going On

We, the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College (AADC), are launching the Save Douglass College campaign to register our strong concerns with many of the proposals in the Recommendations of the Task Force on Undergraduate Education.  In this plan, Douglass College as we know it would be eliminated.  Please know that we could not and would not ever support recommendations that would eliminate Douglass College.

Since 1918, Douglass College has provided an educational environment committed to promoting the success and scholarship of women.  It is the commitment of the AADC through this Save Douglass College campaign to ensure that the supportive learning environment of Douglass College remains an opportunity for the young women of today and tomorrow.

Douglass College has a strong sense of tradition, a global vision, and a history of supporting women who choose to lead in fields in which women have traditionally been underrepresented.  Douglass College has been at the forefront of education for women as leaders in all areas, including the worlds of research, education, business, public policy, communication and community service.
